Being a volunteer for the "Door Light" Project means approaching the reality of the homeless. Without volunteers, our entity would not open its doors.

WHAT CAN BE DONE AS A VOLUNTEER / VOLUNTEER.

• Accompany the people who live in the streets, through the street team.
• Visit homeless people known for the "Door Light" Project who now live in a residence or are hospitalized.
• Collaborate in pre-employment activities.
• Lend a hand in the maintenance of the offices and facilities of the "Door Light" Project.
• Collaborate on the website of the entity, make translations, help organize the library.
• Collaborate in the computers and internal management of the Project "Door Light" in    administrative tasks, helping to repair computer equipment, collaborating with the team of companies, etc.
• Collaborate in the selection of medications from the Medical Department

VOLUNTEERING RIGHTS OF THE "DOOR LIGHT" PROJECT

1. Receive information, training, guidance and support when volunteering begins and on a permanent basis.
2. Actively participate in the entity.
3. Carry out the activity in safety and hygiene conditions.
4. Respect and recognition for the social value of the volunteer contribution.

VOLUNTEER COMMITMENTS OF THE "DOOR LIGHT" PROJECT

1. To fulfill the commitments acquired with the project in which the person is integrated, respecting the aims and their regulations.
2. Not to disclose or publish personal data of the users, workers and other volunteers who may be accessed during the connection to the "Door Light" Project.
3. Reject any material consideration that may be received by the beneficiary or other persons related to the action of the volunteer.
4. Respect the rights of the beneficiaries of the voluntary activity.
5. Act diligently and in solidarity.
6. Participate in the training tasks provided by the "Door Light" Project in a concrete way for the activities and functions entrusted.
7. Follow the instructions appropriate to the purposes that are given to develop the entrusted activity.
